Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy
At Origami Pop Cards, we are committed to providing high-quality handmade 3D pop up greeting cards and excellent customer service. We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
Returns
If you are unhappy with your order or have received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer support team within 5 days of receiving your order.
Our returns policy is valid for 7 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, if more than 7 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unused and in the same condition that you received it;
- Be in its original, undamaged packaging; and
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation or receipt).
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email to confirm receipt of the return and advise whether your refund has been approved.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within five (5) business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Partial Refunds
In certain circumstances, only a partial refund may be granted, including where:
- The item is not in its original condition;
- The item is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error; or
- The item is returned more than 7 days after delivery.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as receiving an incorrect or defective item. In these cases, Origami Pop Cards will cover the reasonable cost of return shipping.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:
- Check your original payment account (e.g. bank account, PayPal, Afterpay, or credit card).
- Contact your payment provider, as processing times can vary.
- If you have completed the above steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@origamipopcards.com.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible. We may request photographs or other supporting documentation to help assess the issue.
Once the issue has been verified, we will arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or store credit, along with reimbursement of any applicable return shipping costs.
